Prices are valid for 2 persons. Every further person staying in the apartment (up to the maximum capacity) pays € 18,00 per night. Prices are per night and including GST.
Price inclusions are electricity, heating, waste disposal as well as linen and towels for up to 4 or 5 persons (depending on your booking). Also included in the pricing is the +Card holiday. In addition to the accommodation price we are charging a final cleaning fee of € 95,00. A compulsory council tax of € 2,70 per adult/night will also be charged.

Prices are per night for stays of 4 nights and more. An additional fee of € 50,00 per night is charged for short stays of 1-3 nights. (all prices including GST)
A minimum 7 night stay applies during the following periods:
- 24.12.2026 - 06.01.2027
- 01.02.2027 - 08.03.2027
Price includes electricity, heating, waste disposal as well as linen and towels for up to 4 or 5 persons (depending on your booking). In addition to the accommodation price we are charging a final cleaning fee of € 97,00. A compulsory council tax of € 4,50 per adult/night (from 17 years and above) will also be charged.
Please note additional children/adults (in existing bedding) are being charged € 15,00 per night. Additional bedding is not possible in the apartments.
Booking conditions
To secure your booking we require a 50% down-payment. You will receive further details at the time of booking.
Cancellation fees
- The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.
- Outside the period specified in no.1., the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:
- 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
- 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
- 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
- 100 % of the total agreed price for no-shows, delayed arrival, early departure.
Please note cancellation fees will be charged as per the conditions outlined above without exception. We recommend travel insurance for fees that may be incurred in the event of a cancellation.
